Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the fragrance in its original, unopened decorative box and secure it within a shipping carton to prevent transit damage.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
